We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange, then simply return it to us within 14 days. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

Return postage will not be refunded.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 week of receipt.

If in the unlikely event that your item is not in stock then we will contact you immediately.

Postage charges are based on the weight of your parcel using Royal Mail or Hermes rates for Standard Parcel delivery and delivery time for this service is between 3 – 7 days within the UK mainland.
Please Note: Remote locations will be subject to a £2 additional fee i.e postcodes IM, HS & ZE. You will be contacted after checkout.

We try to charge accurate shipping rates based on standard international Royal Mail prices.

If in the unlikely event a parcel goes missing in the post, A refund for the Items lost will be refunded, Postage will not be refunded. Proof of postage is always obtained so a claim can be processed.
