Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. 

Return postage will not be refunded.

Postage charges are based on the weight of your parcel using Royal Mail or Hermes rates for Standard Parcel delivery and delivery time for this service is between 3 – 7 days within the UK mainland.

We try to charge accurate shipping rates based on standard international Royal Mail prices.

If in the unlikely event a parcel goes missing in the post, A refund for the Items lost will be refunded, Postage will not be refunded. Proof of postage is always obtained so a claim can be processed.
